PresidentPrior to forming C.J. Stafford & Associates in 1981, Chris spent over 15 years in engineering in Canada and England. Working for engineering consultants in the mining industry he has firsthand experience of living and working in mining communities and understands the issues associated with attracting and retaining talent. In addition to recruiting he has been involved in career counselling, performance appraisals, skills analysis and has presented at the CIM conference 2015 (Sourcing talent for the next upturn). He has been interviewed for various publications and twice has appeared on BNN to share his thoughts on the mining sector. From his own experience in mining, Chris knows the difficulty employers face in finding and attracting quality people.
