Our client is committed to developing this ‘world class,’ rare earths resource and becoming a major producer in North America. Reporting to the corporate office you will be responsible for all mine site activities associated with a safe, efficient and cost-effective production for this next phase of this ‘scaled down’ open pit operation.

You will be responsible for managing all site contractors, logistics and activities associated with mine planning, geology, infrastructure and safety in ensuring production expectations are met. As the senior company representative, you will also continue to build on the trust, collaboration and good will already invested in the community, First Nations peoples and all other stakeholders. Ideally, you will have a degree in mining, or mining related science, experience operating in a remote, logistically challenged region and proven experience in managing and developing a ‘local’ workforce.
