PLANT SUPERINTENDENT - SOUTHERN ONTARIO

Our client specializes in the recovery and refining of critical technology metals. As Plant Superintendent you will report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for overseeing the production plant performance, safety, quality and cost. You will work closely with engineering, R&D, procurement, maintenance, and sales functions.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Chemical, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years’ experience in a Metals recovery or refining plant, (hydrometallurgy experience preferred but not required) and understand the basic principles of cost effective and safe production.
