As COO you will be responsible for recruiting and building your own team while leading the company through the final stages of permitting, studies, engineering and construction. To oversee and direct the Construction Contractor for this brownfield mining project. This is a 12 month, $200 million ‘brown field’ project that is fast tracking towards production.

You must be familiar with the logistical challenges associated with similar projects in Northern communities and have a track record of managing similar projects through to completion in a timely and
cost-effective manner.

From a technical perspective you should be familiar with similar surface construction projects, but more importantly you should possess strong and proven skills in planning, scheduling, contract administration and cost controls in a similar environment.
